These Terms apply to all users — buyers, sellers, and visitors. TagSwap reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

TagSwap is a marketplace facilitator. We manage delivery logistics exclusively within Indore city limits through third-party partners and process payments on behalf of sellers.

Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. TagSwap reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activity.

Payments are held by TagSwap until the 24-hour return window closes. Seller payouts are subject to a processing time of 3-7 business days depending on the bank.

TagSwap strictly prohibits any direct communication between buyers and sellers. Sharing personal contact details or attempting off-platform negotiation will result in immediate account suspension.

You agree not to list items located outside of Indore, attempt to circumvent the platform's payment system, or engage in any form of harassment.

TagSwap's name, logo, and platform content are our intellectual property. Users may not reproduce content without written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

TagSwap reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire platform at any time.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
