Shipping & Delivery Policy

TagSwap manages all shipping and delivery operations in-house for all orders placed on the platform.

4.1 Service Area

TagSwap currently operates exclusively within Indore, Madhya Pradesh. We do not ship to or from any location outside Indore city limits at this time.

4.2 How Shipping Works

Our delivery model involves two legs:

  • Leg 1 (Seller Pickup): We collect the item from the seller’s registered Indore address.
  • Leg 2 (Buyer Delivery): The item is delivered to the buyer’s confirmed Indore address.
4.3 Delivery Charges
  • Fee: Displayed clearly at checkout.
  • › Payment: Delivery charge is required to be paid at the time of purchase.

Note: Shipping Fee is non-refundable.

4.4 Delivery Timeline

Estimated time is 1-3 business days overall. Pickup occurs within 24-48 hours of sale, and delivery follows within 24 hours of pickup. Operations run Monday–Sunday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

4.5 Seller Pickup Guidelines

Sellers must have items clean, folded, and in a sealed bag at the time of pickup. Failure to be available for the pickup window may result in a re-scheduling fee or account restrictions.

4.6 Buyer Delivery Guidelines

Buyers must be available at the address provided. Address changes after confirmation are not guaranteed. Failed delivery attempts due to unavailability may incur a re-delivery fee.

4.7 Proof of Delivery

A delivery confirmation (photo/timestamp) is recorded for every order. This record serves as the official trigger for the 24-hour return window.
