Where does TagSwap operate?
Currently, TagSwap operates exclusively within Indore, Madhya Pradesh. To ensure our high standards of delivery, both the seller's pickup and the buyer's delivery addresses must be within Indore city limits.
Is TagSwap a store? Does TagSwap sell clothes?
No, TagSwap is a marketplace platform. We do not own or sell the items listed; instead, we provide the secure infrastructure, logistics, and professional support that allows individuals in Indore to buy and sell premium partywear with ease.
What types of items can I find on TagSwap?
Our collection features a wide range of pre-loved and second-hand partywear for men and women, including Lehengas, sarees, gowns, sherwanis, anarkalis, co-ord sets, festive suits, and bandhgalas.
Is TagSwap safe to use?
Yes. We review all listings for platform compliance, manage payments through secure channels, and ensure that buyer and seller identities remain confidential. We act as a trusted intermediary in every transaction.
Can I negotiate prices?
Prices are established by our sellers. At this time, fixed pricing applies to ensure a straightforward experience. Any platform-level offers or exclusive discounts will be officially communicated through the TagSwap platform.

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our listings, select your desired item, and proceed to our secure checkout. Once your payment is confirmed, TagSwap manages the professional pickup from the seller and delivery to your door.
Can I contact the seller before buying?
To maintain privacy and security, TagSwap does not facilitate direct communication between buyers and sellers. Should you have a specific inquiry regarding a listing, our support team will be happy to coordinate with the seller on your behalf.
How do I know if an item is authentic?
While TagSwap reviews all listing photographs for quality and visual consistency, the responsibility for authenticity lies with the seller. Sellers are required to provide accurate descriptions and images; should an item be significantly misrepresented, you are protected by our return policy.
What if the item doesn't fit me?
Fit and sizing are not eligible reasons for a return. We highly recommend reviewing the detailed measurements provided in each listing before finalizing your purchase. If specific sizing details are missing, please contact us for assistance.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Cancellations may be possible prior to the item being collected from the seller. Once the pickup has occurred, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major secure payment methods, including UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking, processed through our certified payment gateway.
Will my payment information be shared?
No. TagSwap utilizes secure, third-party payment gateways. We do not store complete financial details on our servers, ensuring your data remains private and secure.
Seller FAQs
Who can sell on TagSwap?
Any resident of Indore aged 18 or above, with a valid government ID for verification, who owns the premium partywear they wish to list, is welcome to sell on our platform.
How do I list an item?
After signing up and completing a brief verification, you can submit your listing with at least 5 clear photographs, an accurate condition rating, and measurements. Our team will review and approve your listing within 24–48 business hours.
Can I list multiple items?
Yes, you may list as many items as you wish, provided each meets our quality standards and falls within the platform's partywear categories.
What happens after my item sells?
You will be notified immediately and our team will coordinate a convenient pickup time. Please ensure the item is clean, securely packed in a plain box or bag, and ready for our courier.
Do I need to document the item's condition?
Yes. To protect your interests in the event of a transit dispute, please take clear photos of the item just before packing and share them with us as outlined in your sale confirmation email.
Can I edit or delist my item after it is live?
You may edit the description, price, or delist an item as long as it has not yet been sold or is not currently in the process of being purchased.
What if I'm not available for the scheduled pickup?
Please inform TagSwap support in advance. A rescheduled pickup can be arranged, but repeated missed pickups without notice may result in account restrictions.
Payments & Fees
When do sellers receive their payouts?
Payouts are typically processed 3–5 business days after the 24-hour return window has closed without a request, or upon the final resolution of a return inquiry.
What are the platform fees for sellers?
TagSwap applies a platform service fee only upon a successful sale. This fee is clearly indicated during the listing creation process and within your seller dashboard. No fee is charged if an item does not sell.
What happens if a return is approved?
In the event of an approved return, the buyer receives a full refund for the product. The seller is not charged a service fee for the cancelled transaction.
Shipping & Delivery
How is delivery managed?
TagSwap manages the entire logistics process in-house. Neither buyers nor sellers need to arrange independent shipping; we handle the pickup and the final delivery for you.
How long does delivery typically take?
Delivery usually occurs within 1–3 business days of the order, depending on the availability of the seller and the specific location within Indore.
Do you deliver outside Indore?
No. TagSwap currently operates only within Indore city limits. Addresses outside Indore cannot be used for either seller pickup or buyer delivery.
What if I'm not available when the delivery arrives?
Our delivery team will attempt to reach you before arriving. If you're unavailable, a re-delivery attempt will be scheduled, which may carry an additional charge.
Returns & Refunds
What qualifies for a return?
Returns are accepted exclusively if an item has major undisclosed damage (such as significant tears or stains) or is a different product than listed. Please note that minor color variations due to screen lighting or fit-related issues do not qualify.
What is the return window?
Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. To maintain platform integrity, requests made after this period cannot be accommodated.
How do I initiate a return request?
Please initiate the return request from our website within 24 hours of delivery, providing clear photographs documenting the issue. Our team will review the details and respond within 24 business hours.
What happens if my return is approved?
TagSwap arranges item pickup from you and processes your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
What if my return request is rejected?
TagSwap's decision is based on the evidence submitted. If rejected, the sale stands. You may escalate to our grievance team if you believe the decision was unfair.
