TagSwap operates a fair and transparent policy designed to protect buyers from genuine issues while respecting sellers' time and effort.
The return window is strictly 24 hours from the confirmed delivery time. No return requests will be accepted after this period, regardless of the reason.

Valid Reasons for Return
A return will be considered only for: significantly different items from listing photos, undisclosed damage (stains/tears), or wrong item delivered. |

Impact on Seller
Approved returns result in the item being returned to the seller with no service fee. Repeated approved returns against a seller’s listing will result in account review and potential suspension. |
